Dashboard Redesign & Gameplay Improvements
New
  • Owner Overview redesigned — see your team’s progress at a glance with a team activity table, drinks mastered per trainee, and menu insights showing your hardest drinks
  • Study nudge — when a trainee gets an order wrong, they’ll see a “Study this drink” link that takes them directly to that drink’s flashcard
  • Billing page now shows your subscription discount, payment method, renewal date, and “Member since” date
  • CSV import improved — auto-creates ingredients, shows per-row error details, and supports locked milk types
  • Menu insights — see which drinks are hardest for your team and which haven’t been attempted yet

  • Faster loading — trainee app loads 43% faster on first visit
  • Cleaner owner dashboard navigation — “Invite” tab for inviting trainees, “My Shop” for branding, prominent “Training” button to get back to the app
  • Recipe reveal card after 3 wrong attempts now shows the complete recipe — size, milk type, whip, and modifier effects, not just ingredients
  • Custom questions now split into “You Ask” and “Customer Asks” sections for clearer training scenarios
  • Ingredient dropdown closes properly after selecting an ingredient

  • Size grading — drinks copied from templates now grade size correctly
  • System ingredients (Milk, Whip) protected from accidental rename or deletion
  • Stale app cache after updates now auto-refreshes instead of showing an error page
